What to include
Help us help you faster by including:
- Your workspace ID - Find this in your profile menu (upper right corner)
- What you were trying to do - Be specific about the action you took
- What happened - Describe the issue or error
- Error messages - Copy any error text you saw
- Screenshots - Visual examples help us understand the issue
Find your workspace ID
- Select your profile image in the upper right
- In the profile panel, find your workspace ID above Logout
- Copy and include this in your support request
