Understanding credits
Credits meter the AI compute a task actually uses — there are no fixed per-action prices. Cost scales with the research, generation, and revision involved; source processing is included.

No. One price, one pool of credits, unlimited members. Inviting a colleague never changes your bill — only how fast you spend credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, for 3 months — at 27,000 a month you can bank 81,000 for a deal month. Purchased top-off credits never expire.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately, prorated.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On a paid plan, buy top-off credits at $0.01/credit — buy ahead, or turn on auto-reload so work never pauses. Same price either way. On the free trial, subscribe to keep going.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Does a bigger credit volume cost less per credit?
Yes. 5,000 a month is the baseline; 12,000 comes with a 16% discount, 27,000 with 25%, and 60,000 with 32%. Same product either way — only the volume changes.
How do customization add-ons work?
